Let's see...who can I give credit to for the items in these photos?  The ball is from the Dlugoszes.  Abby is just now grabbing onto things, so this will be a staple toy I'm sure.  The yellow outfit I think I bought at a garage sale.  Either that or I got it from Catherine Fox.   I can't remember!  The bib we got from Amy Paulik.  We love those Tommee Tippee bibs!  Drooling and spitting up are constants at our house, so Abby is always wearing a bib.  The second you don't have one on is the same second that you get slimed by Abby.

Lazy Sunday

Sleeping Baby + Words with Friends on your Kindle Fire = One Fine Sunday Afternoon!

And we had to get Lacey in on the action!  Brent claims that I have forgotten about Lacey since Abby has been born.  When we come home, Brent has to sometimes remind me to let Lacey out of her crate.  Oops.  I haven't forgotten...she just hasn't been at the top of my thought processes.  Despite some jealousy moments, she's been a really great big sister to Abby.  If Lacey had it her way, she'd be right next to Abby all the time licking her hands, feet, face, head...and ready to lick up Abby's spit up at a moment's notice.  Ugh. 

3 months old

Three Months!

Can you see it in the top two photos?  Look at Abby's "hair"!  Whenever her hair does decide to come in, I hope it does have hints of red in there.  A little strawberry blonde little girl running around would be just devine.  Her eyes are getting bluer.  And some tell me that she is morphing from looking like Brent to looking like me.  I'll take that.  :)

Smily Baby

Abby just loves to give smiles!  She especially loves to smile and laugh when we sing to her. 

We were walking through Target the other day and in the music/book section  and music was playing, so I was singing along to "Do, a dear a female dear, Ra, a drop of golden sun..."...and Abby just cracked up at me.  So I continued.  Oh, it was such a delight to her Abby's sweet giggle. 

Now I sing to her all the time to elicit the giggle.  We tried to get it on video once, but of course, she was not at all amused by my vocal talents at the moment.

Abby with Grandma Sue and Grandpa Big Dawg.  They traveled down to Cincinnati for a few nights and we met them downtown for dinner.  Even though we got "those" looks carrying a baby into a nice restaurant, hopefully we changed their minds as Abby was delightful during dinner.
